Marlowe Theatre, Canterbury

Our favourite local theatre is the Marlowe Theatre, in Canterbury, Kent

This is a fairly modern theatre, with Wheelchair Spaces on all levels.

The Stalls Wheelchair Spaces are on the end of Row M.

In the Dress Circle they are in Row G and in the Upper Circle Row E.

They all have a great view. Personally, we wouldn't opt for the Upper Circle, as my husband isn't good with heights.

The entrance for all of the seats is as easy as possible and there are lifts to all floors and Accessible Toilets on all floors. There are also bars on all levels.

I don't think the theatre could improve on their offering, unless they provided an Access Host to pick up drinks etc. Overall there is an excellent view, good Accessible Toilets and if you have someone with you to go to and fro for merchandise and/or drinks you have it made.

I would give this a 9/10 rating.
