Garrick Theatre, London

The Garrick Theatre is a small theatre with 732 seats.

There is a space to fit in a Wheelchair and a seat for a Carer at the back of the Circle. It is an excellent spot and although you are at the back you get a good view and feel very above everyone else.

There are steps into the Theatre Foyer, from the street, but the queue is held and a small ramp is brought out.

There is an Accessible Toilets, behind the bar area, but it is in a position where you have to fight through the queue for the Ladies to get to it. Also, those waiting are almost pouncing on you to get in to it. In fact, someone tried the locked door so many times whilst we were in there, eventually the lock gave and the door opened. Fortunately, I was right by the door to quickly lock it again.

The bar is Accessible, Merchandise Kiosk and Ice-Creams are Accessible but I think the Access Host would be willing to help. He was very helpful on the night.

I would rate the Garrick Theatre as 8/10
