The Old Vic, London

The Old Vic,

103 The Cut, London SE1 8NB

We often visit The Old Vic. We go a few times a year, depending on what is on.

There are up to 10 Wheelchair Spaces in the Stalls.  Their positions vary, as the Theatre is sometimes in the Round.

The entrance to the Access Seats is via the lift in Waterloo Road,  This lift gives access to the Box Office, the Inner Foyer and Penny Bar and Cafe on the basement level.  It can get very busy and the area for queuing is limited.  It can mean the queue extends out of the Theatre, onto the street!

There is an Accessible Toilet in the Basement.  Unfortunately, this has to be accessed by the same lift.  There is another Access Toilet  on the left side of the stalls.

The view from the Access Seats is normally good.

I think this Theatre do very well here, with an  old building to contend with!

I give this Theatre an 8/10 rating
