Cambridge Theatre, London
Cambridge Theatre, Earlham Street, London, WC2H 9HU
We visited the Cambridge Theatre for the first time in almost 20 years and the first time needing Access Seats.
There are two Wheelchair Spaces, one either side of Row N of the Stalls.
The entrance to both the Theatre and the Access Seats is via a door in Earlham Street. From here, you can access a small Bar with limited items, the Merchandise Kiosk and the Ice Cream Parlour, as these are in the Foyer.
The Accessible Entrance takes you down a ramped area, the Auditorium is straight on via another door and the Foyer is on the right. There were no staff on hand to help or any Access Host. We were simply taken in via the door, and left there, after being told the Auditorium would be opening in about 5 minutes.
The Accessible Toilet, is just off the Foyer.
The view from the seat is pretty good.
I would give this a 6/10 rating - the lack of support from the staff lets this down. somewhat.
